The children are eagerly anticipating sharing the Nativity worship story with you on Monday! 

The story is very much alive in their minds, and as you walk around our workspaces you can see the story echoing and being reborn in many languages: Paint, collage, drama, story baskets, 

... and in blocks! 


One child had the idea of making angels in the block area, and the teachers extended this challenge to the whole class.

The question of how to communicate wings, halos, and robes with blocks was not an easy one to answer ... but so many wonderful answers were found! 

Our geo-boards have invaded the angel throng to show us the bright stars in the night sky above the shepherds! Look carefully and you will also see not only wings and halos, but eyes, feathers, and inner organs! 

Stars and Angels everywhere we look!

The Glory of God is shining brightly around us!
