Our first time in the Studio happened this week! In the coming weeks, the Studio will be a consistent part of our routine. It's the place where children explore through languages like paint, drama, clay, wire as well as water.
Our blocks adventure continues! We've met many rectangular and triangular blocks and worked together to build strong and beautiful structures that stand safely.
We also learned to carry only two blocks at a time.
If you want a strong structure, then you should check to make sure there are no gaps.
This is our robot.
Putting them away is also important. We learned how to stack and sail them to the "docker" who safely puts each block back into its place.

wrote the letters of our friends' names,

and did collaborative storytelling!
Guess what? Kayla and Zac generously brought us treats for their birthdays!
As we work on the last few panels of our Creation Collage, we think about how we learned to make some representational and abstract designs with paper and glue. We practiced gluing, rolling, tearing, and planning our designs.
