You'll need:
Paper, pen, paint*, paintbrush, water, straw,
... and maybe a teaspoon

1. Mix water with the paint and make it a little watery, so it's nice and thin.
2. Draw a face at the bottom half of the paper

3. With a straw or teaspoon or paintbrush, drop paint drips all around the hairline.
Time to blow!
Blow slow and strong.
